I’ve been here a couple times now and the two guys that work there are super friendly and always do a great, thorough job. Always happy with their work!

March 12, 2025 I came to this car wash today with my car, a Honda Accord. The service was terrible. I paid the full price for a complete wash. In the end, my interior window had dirt on it that wasn’t even there before I arrived. One of my left door handles got a chip. My car is brand new—it’s not even a month old and has less than 2,700 miles on it. They also promised to wash the floor mats and clean the seats. Three out of four… actually, the two front seats were cleaned well, but the rear seats were cleaned terribly. It looked like they got even dirtier. The floor mats were just vacuumed, and the dirt was smeared around. In the trunk, there was liquid left behind, and some objects ended up under the trunk mat—some kind of rocks with slime or sticky liquid. On top of that, during the exterior wash, they used a cloth that clearly had sand or small rocks on it. As soon as the sun came out today, I noticed an insane amount of scratches on my car’s surface. These scratches were not there before—I know this because my car is always parked in a garage. There’s no way this could have happened anywhere else. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a coupon for Car Wash Cleveland from Groupon, it was listed as a $225 wash for which we paid $148. We dropped the car off at 10am and received it back at 8 pm. It was a rainy night so it was dark due to cloud cover. I didn’t really get a chance to inspect the car on pickup, but did notice the floor mats were not in place. The next day when I did have the opportunity to look closely at the car this is what I found: The floor mats, Weathertechs all around, were thrown in the truck, still dirty. The car interior was drenched, the only “spot” I had on my carpet, front passenger side, still remained. There were several areas of the car that appeared to be attempted to be cleaned and the cleaner was still visible in a runny pattern as if it was applied to heavily and left. The inside of the rear window was completely ignored. The rims were still filled with brake dust. I ended up being charged an additional $21 “shop fee” and tipped $20 I would not categorize this as $190 detail. We submitted a trouble ticket about 5 days ago and have since not heard anything back . Edit* They reached out and asked if they could correct any issue with detail. I dropped my car off at 10am, got a call around 5pm saying that my car was so bad with dog hair that it was gonna take longer, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but my car was ready around 830pm, I was very surprised at what a great job they did. My car had a bunch of dog hair, makeup, dirt, crumbs, etc.. at first and it basically looks new now. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely a phenomenal job!!! I’m absolutely impressed with the service, and pricing!!! An absolute must if you’re trying to get a quality cleaning. The personnel are very professional and courteous!
